Tuttle Library Trustees Meeting
June 13, 2016 Minutes
Present: Yvette Brinkley, Colleen Giffin. Ron Haggett, Stephen Ullman, and Margaret Warner; Kathy Chisholm, Library Director
Steve moved and Yvette seconded adoption of the proposed agenda. Agreed unanimously.
Colleen moved and Yvette seconded adoption of the amended Minutes from May 9, 2016 meeting. Agreed unanimously.
Ron presented the monthly Treasurer’s Report. The Library is currently on its projected budgetary path.
Kathy presented the monthly Library Director’s report. The Boston Bruins, the 2011 Stanley Cup winners, are supporting
this summer’s Library Summer Reading Program. For security purposes, the Library will be
adding photographs to the Library’s confidential patron database.
Andrew Roeper has installed the front sidelights. Ron is pleased with the quality of
Mr. Roeper’s work which will in the future include the storm windows.
Kathy is planning numerous interesting programs.
Ron moved and Yvette seconded a motion to adjourn at 8:15 p.m.
